HELLO LADIES it is officail 365 days of me being TOTALLY NATURAL! YEAH ME
for those that know me you know that my hair changes witht he wind...there were times were i really considered going back to the cREAMY crack but to no AVAIL!..I'm loving and learning my self from HEAD to TOE!

August 31, 2010...NOW I have about 4 inches of very kinky healthy HAIR!

Things I've learned:
1. SLOW and STEADY wins the race
2. Not all products are created EQUAL... just bc its expensive doestn mean it works
3. STOP buying everything just bc it worked for others
4. LISTEN to your hair
5. USe protective styles...

Goals for the NEW year:
1. Find a NEW Regime
2. Find a STYLIST/SALON
3. Less is always more

NM: What’s your name how old are you and where are you from?

NM: Why did you make the decision to go natural, and when did you do it?
I went natural in high school because I had a basketball coach who was naturally curly




NM: What products/ingredients do you use?
Ive used soooo many but now I staying with Ms. Jessies and KINKY CURL (i love it)

NM: Could you describe your regimen?
I had a regimen before I found the kinky curl but not anymore it works wonders


NM: What mistakes have you made in your natural journey that you've learned from?
Using products for white girls and bleaching my hair!!



NM: Where do you get style inspiration from?
I love the 80s so I like to spin off on their style

NM: How does your hair work for your life?
It works great because I don't have to worry about rain or sweating my hair while doing hot yoga! (info plug..but Ladies Hot Yoga is not for the meek..LOL )

NM: Did it take long for your hair to grow out?
It didn't take long at all. It actually grew alot quicker when i conditioned it more and stopped using curling irons.


NM: What's the best thing about being natural?
Exactly what it says, I'm 100% NATURAL

SOLOS's change

So just a couple of weeks ago Solonge Knowles decided to "free her self from hair bondage" and I'd like to say that the change was rather cute look for her!

The first pic is of her fresh cut that garnered alot of negative feedback from the press n people in general....

This second pic is of her promoting in Japan..her curls and look is a little neater but its still no difference from the first STILL CUTE
