WORKOUTS


So I have been trying to hit the Gym at least 5 days a week for at least an hour and 30 mins everyday...Lately the routine has been the Morning: 4:15 wake up to the gym...30 mins cardio and then about 45mins of circuit style sets....Womens' Health has a 20 min routine for the abbs thats hurts like crazy...lol but as you can see its paying off!!!!



So I finally got a good copy of P90X...will be hopping on that routinely and shortly..will show those results laters.....

Working out pays off
